Sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, comfortable non-slip shoes, and any snacks or drinks you'd like. We recommend light layers in cooler months. All fishing gear is provided — just show up ready to fish.
No — your fishing license is covered under the charter captain's license when you're on the boat. You do not need a personal Florida fishing license for a chartered trip.
Yes, a deposit is required to hold your date. Please call or use the contact form to discuss availability and deposit details.
We understand that plans change. Please contact Captain Richard as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled date depending on notice given.
Safety is the top priority. If weather makes it unsafe to go out, we will work with you to reschedule. Captain Richard monitors conditions closely and will contact you if there's a concern.
Please contact us for current capacity information — group size varies by trip type. We accommodate families and small groups. All charters are private — it's just your group and the captain.
Absolutely. Captain Richard provides hands-on instruction and all gear is provided. The trips are designed to be fun and approachable for all experience levels. Many of our most enthusiastic guests are first-timers and kids.

Yes — fish cleaning and bagging is included on fishing charter trips. You take home your catch ready for the grill.
Meeting location details are provided when you book. Captain Richard will give you the specifics for your trip. Sebastian Inlet State Park and nearby boat ramps are common launch points.
Gratuities are not included in the trip price but are always appreciated if you had a great experience. 15–20% is customary for charter fishing trips.
