Captain Richard Ladrew is a licensed, experienced local fishing guide operating out of Sebastian Inlet, Florida. He founded Zookeeper Charters to share his passion for the water and give guests an authentic, productive experience on one of Florida's most productive inshore fisheries.

With years of local knowledge built fishing Sebastian Inlet in every season and tide condition, Captain Richard has developed a deep understanding of how the fish move, where the bait stacks up, and how to put guests on action day after day. He reads the tides, wind, and seasonal patterns to maximize every trip — whether you're chasing trophy Snook on a strong outgoing tide or exploring sandbars with the family on a calm afternoon.
